1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Not be final sale or non-returnable items (see below)
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items
- Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, processing times may vary.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for the preferred size or color.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
8. Cancellations
We can only cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
